Are there any additional fees, duties and import charges?
Depending on your country, you may be charged additional import taxes, duties and tolls when you receive or return your order. Please be aware of these charges and keep an eye on the tracking information of your (return) package. You will be responsible for the additional charges during this period.
If you are charged additional import taxes, duties or possible tolls when you receive your package, you are responsible for paying the full amount. If you refuse to pay these additional charges or fail to pay them in time for customs clearance, the order will be returned to us.
If you are charged additional import taxes, duties or possible tolls when you return your package, you are responsible for paying the full amount of these import taxes. If you refuse to pay these additional charges or fail to pay them in time for customs clearance, the order will be returned. In this case, we cannot refund you.
Please note that we only refund the purchase price of the returned goods (and in some cases, the initial shipping cost). We do not refund any import fees and taxes for customers who have already received or returned their orders.

Is there any way to track my order?
Yes, we will pack and ship your order as soon as possible after receiving your payment. After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can check the delivery status of your package at any time.

What if you don't receive a shipping confirmation?
If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, it may be because your email program's spam filter blocked the email. We recommend that you check your spam folder and if you still can't find the answer, please contact our customer service.
We always try to process all orders as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, sometimes your order may be delayed due to the large number of orders we need to process, payment issues, risk verification, etc...

What happens if you are not home when your order arrives?
The delivery company will leave a message in your mailbox letting you know that a delivery attempt has been made. You can also find this information in the tracking link. The message contains instructions on how to contact the delivery company. Usually, a second and third delivery attempt can be expected in the following days. After three delivery attempts, the order will be automatically returned to the sender.
In some cases, your order will arrive at your local post office or parcel shop after the first delivery attempt.

Can you change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been shipped. Therefore, if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, we can usually still change your delivery address.
When you have just placed an order and realize that you have made a mistake, please contact our customer service and provide us with your name, order number and the new full delivery address.

What if you don't receive your order?
A good way to start is to check your tracking link. It should contain the latest status of your order so you can see where your order is now.
Please keep in mind that your order may be delayed due to security measures by customs authorities and we cannot influence delivery delays.
If you have received a shipping confirmation but feel that your order was not delivered within the specified time, please contact our customer service and we will open an investigation with our logistics partners. This may take a few days and refunds or replacement shipments can only be made after the investigation is completed or after 30 days. Please allow some time for the shipment status to appear correctly at the address above.
